Central Plains Area Agency on Aging urges adults 60+ to reduce exposure to Coronavirus by social distancing.
Stay at home as much as possible
Your home is a controlled environment, your exposure is greatly reduced if you remain in that environment
Clean surfaces regularly with recommended products
Wash towels and dishcloths regularly
Plan now for what you will do if you or those you rely on for support, become ill
2 weeks of food
2 weeks of medication

Social distancing does not have to mean social isolation. Stay connected with your friends by phone or video, walk outdoors while maintaining distance. Check out some ideas below.
